SKINNY SPICY GUACAMOLE RECIPE

Avocados are practically the perfect food - loaded with vitamins and nutrients, heart healthy fats, weight loss friendly and best of all, taste amazing. Guacamole is a crowd favorite, especially when you whip up this easy and delicious avocado awesomeness with a perfect kick!

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 - double it...you’ll want more)

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced organic garlic clove

  • 2 tablespoons diced organic white onion

  • 2 jalapeño chiles (seeded and minced)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 large organic avocados (ripe)

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

  • Cut up favorite veggies for dipping

PREP: (20 minutes tops)

  1. Place the garlic, onion, jalapeños and lime juice into a small bowl. Use a fork to smash into a coarse paste.

  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into the small bowl filled with the ingredient mixture.

  3. Add the minced cilantro and mix and mash, leaving some lumps.

  4. Taste and serve immediately. YUM! (Lasts in room temperature: 1 hour or refrigerator: up to hours in a covered container)
