You may begin this effective, nurturing and supportive one-on-one plan 6+ weeks postpartum (with the go-ahead from your practitioner, of course). You can still safely lose weight on this plan without sacrificing breastfeeding. This is the ideal plan if you want to get your body back into high weight loss mode safely and reclaim your pre-babe body back.
